By placing an order on get-jacked.co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy at the time of checkout.
This policy applies to all purchases, including subscriptions, pre-orders, and try before you buy orders.
All subscription purchases require a minimum commitment of two (2) consecutive billing cycles.
By completing checkout, you expressly agree that:
Your subscription cannot be canceled before the second successful billing cycle is completed.
No refunds, partial refunds, or early cancellations are permitted prior to the completion of the second billing cycle.
Promotional offers that include free bags, including but not limited to Buy 1 Get 1 FREE or Buy 3 Get 2 FREE, apply only to the initial subscription order.
Starting with your first subscription renewal, free bags are removed and only the paid bags quantity will be shipped at the same recurring bundle price.
Example:
Initial subscription order: Buy 2 Get 1 FREE for $99.95 â 3 bags shipped
First renewal and all future renewals: 2 bags shipped for $99.95
If you wish to continue receiving multi-unit bundles on an ongoing basis, such as 3 or 5 bags per delivery, you must request approval by emailing support@get-jacked.co.
All custom subscription pricing or bundle changes:
Must be approved in writing by get-jacked.co
Are not guaranteed
Are not valid unless confirmed via email
If bundle adjustments are made, future shipments will default to the first product or flavor selected at checkout.
You may update your product or flavor preferences at any time through:
Your subscription management portal, or
By contacting support@get-jacked.co
Your payment method will be automatically charged according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled after the second billing cycle has been completed.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal before completing the required two billing cycles constitutes a violation of our Terms and this policy.
In the event of a dispute, get-jacked.co will provide:
Checkout records
Policy acceptance logs
Order confirmations
Subscription terms agreed to at purchase
These records will be submitted as evidence to the payment processor.
You may manage or cancel your subscription after the second billing cycle by:
Using the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or
Contacting support@get-jacked.co
Pre-orders secure products that are not yet in stock.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
Payment may be collected in full, partially, or authorized at checkout
Your payment method may be charged once the product is ready to ship
Pre-orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped:
The order can no longer be canceled
Refunds or exchanges may only be requested in accordance with our Refund Policy
When selecting a try before you buy option:
Your payment method is authorized but not charged at checkout
A trial period is provided, as clearly stated during checkout
If the product is returned within the trial period:
The payment authorization will be released
If the trial period ends without a return:
Your payment method will be automatically charged in full
You authorize this charge by completing checkout
